Career
Student first joins us for the industrial training
as a "Trainee". During this training period, "Trainee" is evaluated on the basis
of following parameters:
- Discipline & punctuality
- Sincerity towards allocated project work
- Technical knowledge
- Learning ability
- Problem solving skills
- Behavioral & communication skills
- Leadership skills as well as Team Work
The trainees are evaluated on the above parameters throughout the training by "Programmers", "Senior Programmers", "Project Guide" & "Project Manager" associated with the trainees. If the trainee's performance is according to our organization's selection criteria then trainee is offered to join our company as a "Programmer" with a probation period of three months to six months. After regular performance evaluations, the programmer is promoted to higher designation like "Senior Programmer".
